The house of the family is the ideal house for those who want to relax, to read a book, to have a great time on the beach with their kids and to spent their holidays carefree. Approx. 300 m away from the beach is this building surrounded by a small fenced. There is no motor traffic, no noise from surrounding houses and the property is completely fenced all around, creating a small playground.
The very clean rooms have the right size for families up to 4 children
The house is a small unity with only 5 apartments and 4 studios and a path leads to the fine sand. The distance to the centre is only 800 m and you can find everything that a holiday resort must offer. Supermarkets, butchers, restaurants, taverns, beach bars, international press and more.
The house lies approx. 5 walking minutes from the local centre and a path leads you to the beach. At Psakoudia you will find baker, butcher, International press and all your shopping needs will be covered. There are coffeehouses, beach bars and many Greek taverns with fresh fish. The house of the family is close enough in the events but far enough to be able to sleep at night. Our beach and especially the water quality were honoured also in year 2008 with the blue flag. Our office “Holidays and more” is only approx. 400 m. away and we are available with our experience and our offers.
Facilities
There are 4 room categories. The first category is a studio for up to 3 persons. The second category is a 4 person studio. Then there are apartments on the ground level for up to 5 people and an apartment for up to 4 people. If required a cot in the individual rooms can be placed (on request). The rooms have air condition and are bright and clean. All units have a balcony or terrace with sea views. Chairs and tables are available. Furthermore, the rooms have a kitchenette, a fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are changed as needed.

Psakoudia and Surrounding
On the coast between the Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas, is the seaside resort of Psakoudia. With its superb beach, clean waters and excellent weather conditions, Psakoudia has become a favorite of holiday lovers. It is located in the middle of Chalkidiki and it is the ideal start to many tours.
It is close to Polygyros, the capital of Chalkidiki, Nea Moudania Port and near the Thessaloniki airport. In Ormylia, is the biggest womans monastery in Greece with a great historical background.
The ancient city of Olynthos and the Petralona cave are some of the must do tours in Chalkidiki. At Psakoudia also, you have the oppurtunity to visit Mount Athos with the every day shipping tour. The public feasts that take place every year in Chalkidiki are realy interesting and something that you will not forget.
The best fruit and vegetables, directly from the farmers, stands every day left and right of the road from Psakoudia towards Nikiti. Also every day, in a different village of Chalkidiki a market takes place.
In Psakoudia, visitors can enjoy drinks and meals at the beachside cafés, bars, restaurants and tavernas. The place compines night life and relaxed holidays. All the taverns have realy fresh fish and other delicasies to taste. Several souvenir shops and a silversmith invite you to stroll.
Comfortable accommodation is also provided in hotels, bungalows, apartments and rooms to rent. There is something for every taste.
Also during the winter Chalkidiki is very impressive. The air is clear and the view of the cliffs opposite in Cassandra and the mountain Olympos at 3000m, with the snow peaks are some pictures that one can't describe.
